You can return merchandise up to 30 days after the purchase date. Before you return any merchandise, you must contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). If you do not have a RMA NUMBER, we cannot accept your returned merchandise. The merchandise must be unused, unopened, and include all the original parts and manuals if applicable.

When returning an order, please include a copy of your email confirmation receipt. You must also include a completed RETURN/EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT Form, which will be included with your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) in an email from us at Fashion Jewelry Kings Please inspect all of the products immediately after receiving them.

 

We do not accept returns after 30 days for damaged or defective products.

Merchandise should be repackaged in its original packaging in order to reduce the risk of damage. You are responsible for return shipping charges. You are responsible for lost packages or any damage that may occur to the merchandise while in transit. Your return shipment must be made via a carrier that provides tracking information such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS

Exchange Policy 

The above return policy also applies to exchanges. We will apply your entire initial payment minus the original shipping costs towards your second order. Shipping charges (and sales tax for CA residents) will apply to the second order. Laser Engraving orders may not be canceled, exchanged or refunded once the engraving is done.

 

Canceled Orders Policy 

We ship most orders same-day or within one business day. If you contact us before shipment of your order, you may cancel your order. Laser Engraving orders may not be canceled once the engraving is done.
